Shipping across Ukraine is carried out by the carrier “Nova Poshta” within 1-3 days from the moment of confirmation of the order.

Delivery is subject to pre-payment, our manager will clarify the details of the delivery cost when confirming the order. The commission for post-payment is paid by the buyer.

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out to the branch of the Nova Poshta company chosen by the buyer. Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier service is also available.

In case of payment of the order by post-payment in the amount of more than UAH 5,000, it is necessary to show the passport.

In the case of damage to the packaging, goods or incomplete order, you must refuse to receive and pay for the parcel, as well as file a claim (claim) and be sure to notify us of this case by calling +38 (095) 516 90 43.

Please note: the order is stored at the transport company’s office for no more than 5 working days. After this period, the order will be returned to the sender.

OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE:

International delivery is carried out by “DHL Express” and “Nova Poshta” services according to the tariffs of delivery services. The cost of delivery can be clarified with the manager when placing an order. The cost is calculated individually for each parcel, depending on its volume and destination.

All transport costs are paid by the buyer. There is no return.

DELIVERY RULES:

• Upon receipt of the order, the client must check it for compliance with the names, number of items, and product quality.

• After the settlement with the courier, the client signs the invoice, which certifies the fact that there are no complaints about the quality and completeness of the goods.

• In the event of a shortage, reassortment or defect, the buyer has the right to refuse the entire order.
