GOODS SENT OUTSIDE UKRAINE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN.
Before returning, the product is accepted in its original form, with factory tags, seals and original packaging intact. The return can be made within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, if there is a document certifying the fact of purchase.
As soon as we receive your return request, we will contact you with shipping options and other details.
Exchange and return of goods are carried out at the expense of the client, in accordance with Nova Poshta tariffs.
According to the legislation of Ukraine, the following goods are not subject to return:
• glasses;
• gloves;
• perfumes;
• hosiery products;
• Jewelry;
• swimwear;
• corset products;
• underwear
REFUND:
In case of payment for the goods:
– by card, the refund will be made to your bank card that was used for payment
– by cash on delivery, when receiving the goods at the Nova Poshta branch or by cash to the courier of the Nova Poshta address service — the refund will be made according to the bank details specified in the client’s Application for refund.
The refund period is 7 banking days from the moment we receive the goods.
If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not available, you can purchase any other types of products that are available with a corresponding conversion of the cost, or receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar, newly suitable product the product will appear on sale again.
